Versace is hiring a General Manager in Oakridge, BC to lead boutique operations and client experience. Salary CAD 120,000–130,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all store operations to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences while ensuring adherence to Versace brand standards and visual merchandising directives.
- Drive sales and profitability through P&L ownership, sales planning, forecasting and local execution of commercial strategies.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing retail team; set targets, conduct performance reviews and implement training to elevate service and selling capability.
- Manage inventory, stock control and merchandising to optimize sell-through, minimize shrinkage and ensure assortment integrity.
- Analyse KPIs and sales metrics to identify opportunities, implement corrective actions and report results to regional leadership.
- Ensure operational excellence including compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations and loss-prevention protocols.
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships through bespoke clienteling, events and personalised service initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail with demonstrable results driving sales and managing P&L.
- Track record of building and coaching high-performing teams in a boutique or flagship environment.
- Deep understanding of luxury client service, clienteling techniques and visual merchandising standards.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in KPI analysis, inventory management and loss prevention.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the brand with professionalism and discretion.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in luxury retail with at least 2–3 years in a senior supervisory or store leadership role responsible for sales targets, team management and P&L.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail.

The successful candidate will be located in Oakridge, British Columbia, Canada, with easy access to Vancouver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 120,000 to CAD 130,000 per annum.
