Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and profitability of the boutique and its sales associates through strategic planning and execution
- Partner with senior management to achieve sales and margin targets aligned with company initiatives
- Develop and implement business strategies, set achievable goals, and establish sales incentives to motivate the team
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards according to company directives to maximize retail impact
- Analyze sell-through performance and communicate with division heads on product availability and market trends
- Enforce security measures and inventory management protocols to achieve optimal shrinkage results and maintain accuracy
- Build and lead a high-performance team through effective training, coaching, and motivational activities
