Versace seeks a General Manager in Miami (Design District) to lead boutique operations, sales and team performance. Full-time opportunity in the Miami area.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of the Miami boutique (Design District), ensuring world-class client service and an exceptional in-store experience aligned with brand standards.
  • Own store P&L performance: set sales targets, monitor KPIs, control costs and implement corrective actions to achieve financial objectives.
  • Recruit, develop and coach a high-performing sales and supervisory team; establish staffing plans, training programmes and performance reviews.
  • Drive client acquisition and retention through proactive clienteling, appointment management and personalised service initiatives.
  • Oversee merchandising execution, inventory integrity and replenishment cycles in close collaboration with regional merchandising teams.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, loss-prevention procedures, visual merchandising directives and local legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the boutique in the market: cultivate key client relationships, host private appointments and coordinate local marketing or VIP events.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of luxury retail management with responsibility for store P&L and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience building and developing teams in a high-touch retail environment.
  • Financial literacy: experience managing budgets, forecasting, staffing models and key retail KPIs.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and a refined understanding of clienteling and VIP service cultures.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous but not required.

Experience

Minimum of five years of progressive luxury retail experience, including direct responsibility for store operations, team leadership and financial results; prior management of a flagship or high-volume boutique preferred.
