General Manager opportunity at Versace Atlanta Premium Outlet. Lead luxury retail sales, team, and operations in Georgia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales and performance metrics for the Atlanta outlet location, including accountability for individual sales associate results
- Partner with senior management to identify and maximize sales and margin opportunities in alignment with company initiatives
- Develop and execute strategic business plans addressing both short and long-term objectives to increase sales and profitability
- Establish achievable sales targets and goals, implement performance-based incentive structures, and hold team members accountable for results
- Ensure consistent application of store presentation and visual merchandising standards per company guidelines
- Analyze sell-through performance, communicate with division heads regarding product availability and market trends, and optimize inventory productivity
- Manage shrinkage and loss prevention by enforcing security protocols and maintaining rigorous inventory accuracy
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performance retail team through strategic training, coaching, and motivational engagement
- Demonstrate accountability and leadership while creating a professional work environment and delegating responsibilities effectively
- Cultivate a customer-centric culture with exceptional service standards, ensuring staff expertise in product knowledge and brand values

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or related discipline (preferred)
- Minimum five years of retail management experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of specialty retail operations, business development, and visual merchandising
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and email communications
- Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for articulating company objectives and brand messaging
- Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, multi-tasking retail environments while managing competing priorities
- Proven capacity to build and maintain active client and community relationships within market dynamics
