Versace — Financial Planning & Analysis Intern (EMEA) in Milan. Internship in EMEA Finance supporting budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support EMEA business controlling activities, partnering with regional teams and Finance HQ on day‑to‑day FP&A tasks.
  • Assist in budgeting and budget management for the EMEA distribution channels (Retail and Wholesale) and monitor monthly operating results versus budget.
  • Produce weekly and monthly analyses to inform and support financial forecasts and scenario planning.
  • Prepare periodic performance analyses and KPI reporting for regional management and monthly financial closures.
  • Contribute to the development of Retail investment business plans and to the roll‑out of short‑ and long‑term store objectives.
  • Support cross‑functional financial reporting requests and ad hoc analysis for EMEA and HQ stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a closely related discipline (completed or near completion).
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office, with strong Excel skills; willingness to learn corporate FP&A systems and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness and the ability to build collaborative relationships across functions.
  • Highly motivated, curious, with integrity and an entrepreneurial mindset suited to a dynamic luxury environment.

Experience

Entry‑level / internship: current students or recent graduates in finance or economics are encouraged to apply. Prior internship experience in corporate finance, retail finance or FP&A is advantageous but not required.
