Versace — Financial Planning & Analysis Intern (EMEA) in Milan. Internship in EMEA Finance supporting budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support EMEA distribution channel financial planning, budget preparation and monthly budget monitoring for Retail and Wholesale.
- Prepare weekly and monthly variance analysis and inputs for financial forecasts and monthly closures.
- Produce periodic performance and KPI reports for regional management and Finance HQ.
- Assist in preparing financial reporting packages and cross-departmental information flows for the EMEA Finance team.
- Contribute to the development of retail investment business plans and store-level short- and long-term objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, ensure reporting accuracy and improve analytic processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a closely related field.
- Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity and a collaborative attitude.
- Curiosity, integrity, motivation and an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving.

Experience
Targeted at early-career candidates; internship-level role. Prior academic coursework or practical experience (internships, projects) in FP&A, business controlling, corporate finance or accounting is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
