Role & Responsibilities

  • Support EMEA distribution channel financial planning, budget preparation and monthly budget monitoring for Retail and Wholesale.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly variance analysis and inputs for financial forecasts and monthly closures.
  • Produce periodic performance and KPI reports for regional management and Finance HQ.
  • Assist in preparing financial reporting packages and cross-departmental information flows for the EMEA Finance team.
  • Contribute to the development of retail investment business plans and store-level short- and long-term objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, ensure reporting accuracy and improve analytic processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a closely related field.
  • Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity and a collaborative attitude.
  • Curiosity, integrity, motivation and an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving.

Experience

Targeted at early-career candidates; internship-level role. Prior academic coursework or practical experience (internships, projects) in FP&A, business controlling, corporate finance or accounting is advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
