Role & Responsibilities
- Manage prototype, sample, and production loads and related invoices
- Support the team in creating system orders for production
- Request and verify pricing for system order entry
- Assist with collection development and production activities including material distribution, picking lists, and color chart preparation
- Monitor shipping and delivery schedules
- Create finished product and raw material records within the system
- Formalize raw material purchase orders for research and development initiatives
- Request order confirmations and perform weekly monitoring of delivery dates
- Conduct research and development activities, archiving, and reporting
Qualifications
- Previous internship in product development and/or production planning (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of PLM and Stealth software
- Fluent in both English and Italian
Skills
Experience
Previous internship experience in product development and/or production planning is preferable; however, candidates with demonstrated interest in luxury jewelry manufacturing and operational processes will be considered.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Fashion Design, Product Development, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
