Versace seeks a Global Director, Wholesale & Franchising to lead worldwide wholesale operations and multi-regional strategy from Milano, Italy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute global wholesale strategy, ensuring alignment across regions and functions while representing the wholesale perspective in key business decisions
- Direct EMEA wholesale operations and commercial performance, building and managing strategic partnerships to maximize growth and market execution
- Lead global e-commerce and franchise partnerships, driving commercial expansion, brand consistency, and strategic account development
- Lead and develop the EMEA wholesale team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and measurable results
- Oversee wholesale governance, performance reporting, compliance protocols, and executive-level communication across all regions
- Establish and drive business development initiatives across EMEA, Americas, APAC, JP & Korea regions to ensure coherence in brand standards and commercial execution
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in luxury fashion wholesale across international markets, managing strategic accounts, e-commerce platforms, and franchise partners
- Proven ability to lead complex multi-region businesses with demonstrated commercial, financial, and strategic acumen
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities, with the ability to influence senior executives and drive organizational alignment
- Solid understanding of distribution channels, franchise operations, and compliance requirements in luxury markets
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
