Role & Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy and maintain the Digital Experience Analytics platform to ensure reliable event tracking and data collection.
- Work with cross‑functional stakeholders to define and monitor key behavioural metrics tied to user journeys and conversion.
- Measure and analyse user behaviour, engagement and conversion funnels to identify optimisation opportunities across web and mobile.
- Collect, cleanse and validate digital data using analytics tools to produce consistent inputs for reporting and experimentation.
- Support A/B testing and personalization initiatives, including test set‑up, monitoring and post‑test analysis.
- Prepare and present KPI reports and visualisations that translate analytics into actionable recommendations for product, marketing and UX teams.
- Coordinate with external agencies and technical teams to align tagging, tracking and analytics deliverables.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Technology or a related discipline (in progress or recently completed).
- Demonstrable interest in digital analytics and data‑driven decision making.
- Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics and behavioural tools like Decibel or ContentSquare.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Understanding of behavioural analytics concepts and methodological approaches.

Entry‑level internship role; no specific years of professional experience required. Academic projects, coursework or previous internships in digital analytics, e‑commerce or marketing analytics are advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Technology or a related field (in progress or recently completed).
