Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in business development: analyse store performance and KPIs, propose action plans to meet qualitative and quantitative objectives, and prepare competitor and product reporting.
  • Monitor sell-through and liaise with merchandising and buying teams to optimise product availability and respond to market trends.
  • Drive team performance through regular follow-up on individual monthly and annual objectives, coaching, and post-training in-store reinforcement.
  • Foster a collaborative, motivated store environment; lead daily/weekly briefings, support onboarding and maintain high standards of grooming and professionalism.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in customer interactions, ensuring the delivery of the Versace client experience and expanding the customer base, including high-profile clients.
  • Oversee CRM activity: ensure accurate customer database management, implement community outreach and support in-store promotional events in coordination with PR and merchandising.
  • Manage store operations and stockroom processes (goods receiving, transfers, stock counts and arrangement), enforce security measures to minimise shrinkage and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards and contribute to VM set-ups in line with company directives.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years' experience in retail management; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Business preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of specialty retail and store operations.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop retail teams and to drive sales performance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent organisation, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; sales-focused with a sense of ownership.
