Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Director in business development: analyze sales performance and KPIs, propose action plans, prepare competitor and product reporting, and liaise with divisions to optimise sell-through and product availability.
  • Drive team performance and development: follow up on individual monthly and annual objectives, coach and train staff on brand, product and soft skills, conduct briefings, support onboarding and ensure professional grooming and behaviour.
  • Deliver exceptional client service: act as a brand ambassador in customer interactions, nurture high-value client relationships, expand the customer base and model Versace’s client experience for the team.
  • Oversee CRM and events: monitor and guide the team’s customer database activity, implement community outreach, and support in-store and promotional events in coordination with merchandising and PR.
  • Ensure operational excellence: manage backroom and stock processes (goods receiving, transfers, stocktakes), enforce security and shrinkage controls, maintain compliance with company policies and support visual merchandising execution.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of retail management experience; luxury retail experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Business preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of specialty retail operations and inventory control
  • Strong interpersonal and team management skills with proven ability to develop people
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; confident, organised, and sales-focused
  • Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment; strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Experience

Minimum of 1–3 years in retail management with direct responsibility for sales targets and team supervision; prior experience in luxury fashion retail strongly preferred.

Education
