Role & Responsibilities
- Collect, clean and validate customer data from CRM systems to produce recurring reports and dashboards that track CRM metrics and campaign performance.
- Manage monthly KPI tracking and reporting with meticulous attention to data quality and timeliness.
- Perform quantitative analyses and post‑activity evaluations to deliver actionable customer insights and recommendations for marketing and sales.
- Define customer profiles and segments to optimize CRM and marketing activations through targeted selection and market sectoring.
- Identify behavioural trends and drivers of consumption and brand loyalty to inform strategic decisions.
- Proactively initiate ad‑hoc analyses or operational projects that generate customer insight or improve customer relationship value.
- Support local, regional and international CRM projects, collaborating closely with marketing and cross‑functional partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Marketing, Business Analytics).
- Practical knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret large datasets and distil clear recommendations.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage regular KPI reporting processes.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
- Professional presence when presenting analyses to internal stakeholders and senior partners.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced, luxury retail environment.

Experience
Enrollment in or recent completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with demonstrable experience through internships, academic projects or coursework in data analysis, CRM analytics or marketing measurement. No specific years of prior professional experience required; prior exposure to large datasets and reporting processes is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Marketing, Business Analytics).
