Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean and validate customer data from CRM systems to produce accurate, actionable datasets for analysis.
  • Manage monthly KPI tracking and produce recurring reports with meticulous attention to data quality and presentation.
  • Conduct quantitative analyses and post‑activity evaluations to deliver customer insights and tactical recommendations for marketing and sales.
  • Define customer profiles and segments to optimise CRM and marketing activations, selection criteria and target lists.
  • Identify trends and behavioural drivers influencing consumption and brand loyalty, translating findings into operational initiatives.
  • Initiate ad‑hoc analyses and small projects that generate customer insight or operational value for the customer relationship.
  • Support local, regional and international CRM projects, contributing to implementation and measurement of CRM initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Data Science).
  • Proven attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
  • Practical knowledge of SQL and Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
  • Ability to analyse large datasets and synthesise clear insights and recommendations.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
  • Professional presence for presenting analyses to key internal stakeholders.
