Versace Vancouver (GV‑OUTLET) seeks a full‑time Sales Associate in Vancouver, BC — deliver luxury client service and meet sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional, personalised client experience in line with the Retail Excellence Program.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs (daily, monthly, annual; including UPT and ATV).
- Capture and maintain accurate client data; proactively develop and grow client relationships.
- Deliver outstanding after‑sales service, including follow‑up calls, thank‑you notes and coordination of product repairs/maintenance.
- Support store operations: open/close consignments, process returns and exchanges, and manage consignment paperwork.
- Collaborate with the team on business‑driving initiatives, in‑store events and sales contests.
- Advise clients on product fit and repairs, and build strong partnerships with peers and management.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' retail experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop client relationships (clienteling).
- Proficiency with retail point of sale systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and professional email communication.
- Demonstrated comfort working in a high‑pace, multi‑tasking retail environment.
- Professional, outgoing and energetic demeanour with an entrepreneurial, sales‑focused approach.

Experience
Minimum of two years' experience in a retail environment; prior luxury retail experience is preferred.

Compensation
