Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand’s aesthetic and customer-centric values in every client interaction to build lasting relationships and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and follow-up.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and in-store consultation, including personalised clienteling and aftercare.
- Manage customer records and support CRM activities to grow and maintain the client base.
- Oversee stock management and store supplies, including receipt, storage and rotation of merchandise.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards (VMD) to support commercial objectives.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate to management when required.
- Ensure compliance with store policies, brand standards and applicable laws; liaise with other boutiques and teams as needed.
- Perform sales reporting and basic administrative tasks to support store operations.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
- Self-starter with strong initiative and a proactive commercial mindset.
- Previous experience with a luxury or premium brand is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Genuine customer orientation and a service-driven approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic retail schedule.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of retail sales experience, with prior exposure to fashion or luxury retail preferred; proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high levels of client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, fashion, hospitality or a related discipline is advantageous.
