Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand’s aesthetic and customer-centric values in every client interaction to build lasting relationships and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and follow-up.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and in-store consultation, including personalised clienteling and aftercare.
  • Manage customer records and support CRM activities to grow and maintain the client base.
  • Oversee stock management and store supplies, including receipt, storage and rotation of merchandise.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards (VMD) to support commercial objectives.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate to management when required.
  • Ensure compliance with store policies, brand standards and applicable laws; liaise with other boutiques and teams as needed.
  • Perform sales reporting and basic administrative tasks to support store operations.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and a proactive commercial mindset.
  • Previous experience with a luxury or premium brand is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Genuine customer orientation and a service-driven approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic retail schedule.

Clienteling and relationship management Visual merchandising (VMD) implementation Inventory management and stock control Sales reporting and basic store administration Customer complaint resolution and service recovery Point of Sale (POS) operation and cash handling

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of retail sales experience, with prior exposure to fashion or luxury retail preferred; proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high levels of client service.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, fashion, hospitality or a related discipline is advantageous.
