Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the management team to strategically achieve and exceed sales targets across all product categories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive engagement and personalized service
- Capture and manage customer data to develop long-term client relationships and support CRM initiatives
- Participate in the organization of in-store events and promotional activities
- Implement and manage the boutique's community outreach program to foster active social relationships with clients
- Maintain exceptional brand and product knowledge, continuously enhancing expertise and industry understanding
- Deliver superlative customer service standards that exceed expectations during and after the point of sale
- Ensure stock management, goods receiving, transfers, and stock audits are executed efficiently

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail, with luxury retail experience strongly preferred
