Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by proactively selling across product categories and mastering consultative selling techniques.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships through consistent clienteling, data capture and post-sale service to grow loyalty and repeat business.
- Support CRM activity and participate in organising in-store and promotional events to engage customers and the local community.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand directives and contribute to VM set-up.
- Perform operational tasks including goods receiving, stock arrangement, transfers, stock counts and accurate reporting while complying with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years' retail experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficient computer skills including operation of a retail sales system, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and email.
- Proven ability to deliver high standards of customer service and to work collaboratively with store management and peers.
Skills
Experience
At least two years' experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector, with demonstrable clienteling and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or fashion-related training preferred.
