Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and category management.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients, including new customers and VIP clientele, acting as a dedicated brand ambassador.
- Deliver the Versace customer experience at every touchpoint, ensuring high standards of service both during and after the sale.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM and execute clienteling activities to maximise lifetime value.
- Support in-store events and promotional activities to strengthen customer engagement and community outreach.
- Manage daily operational duties including goods receiving, stock transfers, stock takes, backroom organisation and reporting.
- Uphold store presentation and visual merchandising directives, participating in VM set-up and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in retail; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency with retail sales systems and basic office software (Word, Excel, email).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with a high-end clientele.

Experience
At least two years of retail experience with demonstrable results in sales and client development; previous experience in a luxury boutique or premium fashion environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or diploma in fashion, retail or a related field preferred.
