Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by delivering exceptional, luxury-level client experiences and promoting the company’s Retail Excellence standards.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets (daily, monthly, yearly) and contribute to broader KPI performance (UPT, ATV).
- Capture and maintain accurate client data and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clientelling and after-sales service.
- Support store operations including register opening/closing, visual merchandising upkeep, inventory tasks and consignment management.
- Process returns, exchanges and follow through on product repair or maintenance requests to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with peers and management to generate new client relationships and retain existing clientele through events, initiatives and personalised outreach.
- Uphold operational excellence by following policies and procedures and using retail tools and equipment correctly.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in a retail environment, ideally within specialty or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in clientelling and meeting sales KPIs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail setting and able to multitask effectively.
- Entrepreneurial, sales-oriented personality with strong presence and persuasive communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues and management.

Experience
Minimum three years of retail experience, with demonstrated success in specialty or luxury sales and client relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary study in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.
