Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated Versace client experience through expert product knowledge and personalised service to drive sales and loyalty
- Partner with store management to execute commercial strategies and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
- Proactively identify and convert sales opportunities across all product categories using consultative selling techniques
- Manage CRM activity: capture customer data, nurture long-term relationships and support post-sale client engagement
- Support planning and delivery of in-store and promotional events to grow the boutique’s client community
- Maintain impeccable store standards including visual merchandising, presentation and adherence to brand directives
- Oversee operational duties such as goods receiving, stock transfers, inventory control and backroom organisation
- Act as a brand ambassador to cultivate relationships with new customers and VIP clientele, representing Versace professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years’ retail experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in retail sales systems and common office software (Word, Excel) and email communication
- Demonstrable CRM experience or aptitude for customer data capture and clienteling
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to engage and build rapport
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven orientation and high-energy, service-focused demeanour

Experience
At least two years of hands-on retail experience, ideally within the luxury sector, with a track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or fashion preferred.
