Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador delivering an exceptional, personalised client experience and upholding the Retail Excellence Program.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets (daily, monthly, annual) and core KPIs including UPT and ATV.
- Capture and maintain client data; proactively build and nurture long-term client relationships through ongoing clienteling.
- Deliver after‑sales service including thank-you communications, follow-up calls, and management of product repairs and maintenance.
- Support store commercial initiatives: generating new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and contributing to events, contests and promotions.
- Perform operational tasks: open/close consignments, process returns and exchanges, and accurately operate POS procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, peers and management to ensure a cohesive team approach and seamless client journey.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of specialty retail clienteling and sales techniques.
- Proficiency operating a retail point of sale system and using Word, Excel and email.
- Ability to thrive in a high‑pace environment, multitask effectively and balance daily operational responsibilities.
- Positive, outgoing, entrepreneurial and sales‑driven personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage after‑sales processes and advise clients on fit, repairs and product care.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of two years' experience in a retail environment; prior experience in luxury or specialty retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or formal training in retail, fashion, or customer service is preferred.
