Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Versace client experience by building long‑term relationships with new and VIP customers to maximise sales and loyalty.
- Partner with the Store Manager and team to achieve and exceed sales targets across all product categories through consultative selling.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM; proactively pursue clienteling activities and support in‑store and promotional events.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, store presentation and adherence to company operational procedures.
- Manage operational tasks including goods receiving, transfers, stock arrangement, stock counts and reporting to ensure backroom efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven selling skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with retail sales systems and basic office software (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, email).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; energetic, client‑focused and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a high‑tempo boutique environment and participate in visual merchandising tasks.

Experience
At least 2 years of frontline retail experience is required; prior experience in luxury fashion or boutique environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or sales training is advantageous.
