Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated Versace customer experience by building rapport with clients, managing personalised clienteling and cultivating long-term loyalty.
  • Consistently pursue and exceed individual and store sales targets through expert product knowledge and advanced selling techniques across all categories.
  • Execute CRM activities: capture accurate customer data, maintain client records and proactively follow up to nurture relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Support in-store and promotional events, and contribute to community-outreach initiatives to expand the boutique’s client base.
  • Ensure operational excellence by managing stockroom processes (goods receiving, transfers, stock takes, reporting) and maintaining accurate inventory control.
  • Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand directives and participate in VM set-ups.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for new and VIP customers, promoting the Retail Excellence Program to clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ retail experience; luxury retail background preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills including operation of a retail sales system, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and email.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to engage and influence a high‑value clientele.
  • Energetic, client-focused demeanour with the ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience

At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets; prior experience in luxury fashion retail and clienteling is strongly preferred.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; vocational retail, customer service or fashion-related training advantageous.
