Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store business performance by analysing results, setting action plans and partnering with the Area Manager to meet sales, margin and KPI targets.
  • Lead, inspire and develop the boutique team through objective setting, coaching, onboarding and regular in‑store briefings to sustain high performance and service standards.
  • Own client relationship management and CRM execution: grow and maintain the customer base, oversee database hygiene and support in‑store and external client events.
  • Ensure impeccable store operations including stock management, goods receiving, inventory accuracy, shrinkage control and compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain and execute visual merchandising directives and contribute to VM set‑ups to uphold Versace presentation standards.
  • Plan and support promotional and community outreach programmes, liaising with merchandising and PR to capitalise on market opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of retail management experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business or a related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to analyse sales performance and implement action plans to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives.
  • Demonstrable track record of developing and leading high‑performance teams, with strong coaching and HR operational capability.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, excellent client‑relationship aptitude and a sales‑driven mindset.

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years in store or retail management within specialty retail; prior luxury boutique leadership strongly preferred with proven results in sales growth, KPI management and team development.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business or related field preferred.
