Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Serrano boutique, ensuring exceptional client service and a signature luxury retail experience.
- Drive and exceed sales targets through active clienteling, upselling and development of key client relationships.
- Recruit, coach and develop store staff; set performance objectives and conduct regular coaching and appraisals.
- Own operational excellence including inventory management, stock replenishment, visual merchandising and store standards.
- Manage store financials and commercial performance: sales forecasting, expense control and execution of merchandising strategies to maximize margin.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures and local labour and retail regulations.
- Collaborate with regional leadership on local marketing, events and launch activities to grow the client base and brand presence.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail management, ideally within fashion or accessories.
- Demonstrable leadership skills with experience hiring, developing and motivating high-performance teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing sales targets, P&L awareness and inventory controls.
- Excellent interpersonal and clienteling skills; polished presentation and service standards.
- Fluency in Spanish; professional proficiency in English preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, in line with luxury retail trading patterns.

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in retail with at least 2 years in a supervisory or store management role within the luxury or premium fashion sector. Proven history of meeting sales targets and managing store operations in a high-end retail environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, fashion, retail management or a related field preferred; equivalent professional retail experience will be accepted.
