Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering an elevated, bespoke client experience and championing the Retail Excellence Program.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets (daily, monthly, yearly) and drive KPIs including sales, UPT and ATV.
- Generate, capture and maintain client data; develop and nurture genuine client relationships through personalised after-sales service (follow-up calls, thank-you notes, product maintenance/repairs).
- Support store operations: opening and closing registers, visual merchandising upkeep, inventory control and consignments handling.
- Manage returns and exchanges in accordance with brand policy while preserving client satisfaction.
- Coach and mentor sales colleagues through on-floor training, sales initiatives, contests and events to elevate team performance.
- Maintain operational excellence by following policies and procedures and ensuring seamless inventory workflows throughout the trading day.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years' retail experience, preferably within specialty or luxury fashion.
- Proven track record in clienteling and delivering measurable sales results.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial, sales-driven attitude and an engaging, dynamic personality.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build durable partnerships with clients, peers and management.
Skills
Experience
At least three years of progressive retail experience, with demonstrable success in specialty or luxury environments and documented clienteling achievements; prior experience in boutique operations and inventory/consignment handling preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or sales is advantageous.
