Versace in Miami seeks a General Manager for the Bal Harbour boutique to lead operations, sales and luxury client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own full P&L accountability and deliver sales, margin and KPI targets for the boutique.
- Lead daily store operations including merchandising, inventory control, cash management and loss-prevention procedures.
- Recruit, train, mentor and coach store staff to deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences and achieve individual and team targets.
- Implement brand standards across visual merchandising, clienteling and service protocols to ensure a consistent Versace experience.
- Develop and execute local sales plans, client events and VIP outreach in collaboration with regional management and CRM teams.
- Manage scheduling, payroll and labour allocation to optimise service coverage and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, employment laws, health & safety and luxury retail regulations.
- Analyse sales data and customer insights to recommend assortments, replenishment and promotional tactics.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail management with responsibility for a high-volume boutique or flagship store.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and experience hitting aggressive sales and margin targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in clienteling and VIP service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings; valid work authorization for the United States.

Experience
Minimum five years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail, including at least two years in a managerial role with direct P&L responsibility for a boutique or store.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, hospitality or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in luxury retail considered.
