Role & Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in day-to-day store leadership and operational oversight for the Orlando Vineland Outlet.
- Coach, train and motivate the retail team to achieve comp-store sales targets and profitability through disciplined clienteling and selling techniques.
- Demonstrate exemplary representation of the brand, modeling superior customer service, communication and leadership behaviours.
- Contribute actively on the sales floor by cultivating relationships with new and existing clients and participating in clienteling activities.
- Collaborate on local market research, events and marketing initiatives; present insights and optimisation suggestions to the General Manager and corporate partners.
- Oversee back-of-house operations including inventory control, receiving and shipping, POS operations, store maintenance, supplies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained in accordance with company directives.
- Enforce company policies and security measures to achieve optimal shrink results and operational compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum five years of management experience; previous luxury retail experience preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of specialty retail operations including clienteling, visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Proven leadership, critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities with a demonstrated capacity to develop teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey company goals and drive team performance.
- Ability to perform and prioritise in a fast-paced retail environment while managing multiple responsibilities.

Experience
At least 5 years of progressive retail management experience is required; track record of leading teams to meet sales and profitability targets. Prior experience within the luxury or premium fashion sector is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or related field preferred.
