Versace seeks an Associate General Manager for Las Vegas North Premium Outlet to lead retail operations, team development, and client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performance sales team through training, coaching, and motivational activities that drive sales achievement and store profitability
- Monitor day-to-day store operations and sales staff efficiency whilst serving as a role model for the team
- Maintain full compliance with operational and company policies, ensuring consistent enforcement across all staff members
- Support the sales team's development in selling techniques, career progression, and product knowledge
- Actively engage on the sales floor, building and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients
- Establish a dynamic, professional retail environment that reflects superlative customer service standards and comprehensive product knowledge
- Cultivate active community and client relationships whilst remaining attuned to market shifts and evolving customer needs
- Collaborate on market research, event strategy, and client experience initiatives to inform recommendations for business optimization
- Oversee back-of-house operations including inventory management, maintenance, security, loss prevention, POS systems, shipping, and receiving
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards align with corporate directives and brand guidelines
- Enforce security measures and maintain inventory accuracy to optimize shrink results
- Demonstrate accountability in staff management, delegation, and the creation of a professional work environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion or Business preferred
- Minimum 5 years of management experience, with luxury retail background strongly preferred
- Full understanding of specialty retail practices, including clienteling, visual merchandising, and store operations
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments whilst managing multiple concurrent responsibilities
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of management experience in retail, with luxury goods retail experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in specialty retail operations, team leadership, and client relationship management.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion or Business preferred.
