Versace is hiring an Associate General Manager in Chicago (Outlet) to lead store operations and sales for the Versace Chicago outlet.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in day-to-day store leadership and act as a role model for the sales team.
- Coach, train and motivate store personnel to achieve comp-store sales targets, productivity and profitability.
- Drive exceptional clientelling and customer service on the selling floor to build and maintain client relationships.
- Oversee store operations including inventory control, receiving, shipping, POS, maintenance, security and loss prevention.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet corporate standards and directives.
- Contribute to local marketing, events and competitive research to optimise client experience and business performance.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively, maintain a professional work environment and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Business preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of specialty retail operations, clienteling and visual merchandising.
- Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate company goals and expectations clearly.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a high‑paced, multi‑task environment with an entrepreneurial, sales‑focused mindset.

Experience
Minimum of five years in management within specialty retail; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion environments is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Business preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 55,000 to USD 90,000 per annum.
