Versace — Assistant Store Manager in Serravalle Scrivia, Italy. Drive sales, lead the boutique team and manage CRM and operations at the Serravalle outlet.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales and business development by analysing performance, proposing action plans and tracking KPIs to meet qualitative and quantitative objectives
- Review sales data, sell-through and market trends; liaise with merchandising and brand divisions to optimise product availability and productivity
- Lead and coach the sales team: set and follow up on monthly and annual objectives, deliver in-store training, and foster a high-performance, collaborative environment
- Act as a visible brand ambassador by delivering and modelling superior client service and expanding the boutique’s customer base through relationship-building
- Oversee CRM activity and customer database management to maximise retention and lifetime value; support in-store events and community outreach initiatives
- Ensure operational excellence including stock receiving, transfers, inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, loss-prevention measures and adherence to company policies
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards and support VM set-ups as required
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retail management experience; luxury retail experience preferred
- Proven understanding of specialty retail operations, KPI-driven selling and boutique merchandising
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships
- Demonstrable people management experience: coaching, performance follow-up and staff development
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); confident with email and digital reporting

Experience
Minimum 1–3 years in retail management with hands-on responsibility for sales targets, team supervision and store operations; prior luxury retail experience is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Business preferred
