Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in developing and executing business plans to achieve qualitative and quantitative sales objectives and optimise store KPIs.
  • Continuously analyse sales performance, sell-through and market trends; prepare periodic competitor and product reports and recommend corrective actions.
  • Lead day-to-day team management: set objectives, coach and develop staff, participate in onboarding, conduct briefings and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Drive client relationship management by acting as a brand ambassador, expanding the customer base, and overseeing the team’s CRM and database activities.
  • Organise and support in-store and promotional events, liaising with merchandising and PR to maximise customer engagement and sales opportunities.
  • Oversee store operations including goods receiving, stock control, backroom organisation, inventory accuracy and shrinkage prevention.
  • Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising meet brand standards and participate in VM set-ups.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years’ experience in retail management; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Business preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of specialty retail and store operations.
  • Proficient with retail point of sale systems, Microsoft Word and Excel, and email communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills with a proven ability to develop clientele.
  • Demonstrated team leadership and talent development capabilities, including coaching and onboarding.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organisation, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a positive, entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to perform under pressure.

Experience

1–3 years of hands-on retail management experience, preferably within the luxury fashion sector, with exposure to sales reporting, team leadership and store operations.
