Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in driving business development by analysing sales and KPIs, proposing action plans and monitoring sell-through to optimise productivity and assortment.
  • Coach, train and develop the boutique team; set and follow up on monthly and annual objectives, foster teamwork and maintain high performance standards.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and act as a brand ambassador, cultivating long-term relationships and expanding the customer base through personalised engagement and events.
  • Oversee CRM activity and community outreach initiatives, ensuring the customer database is actively managed to maximise repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Ensure operational excellence including stock management, backroom processes (goods receiving, transfers, stocktakes), loss prevention and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards and participate in VM setups and in‑store events alongside merchandising and PR teams.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years' experience in retail management; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Full understanding of specialty retail operations, inventory control and store KPIs.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop retail teams to achieve sales and service objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proficiency with retail point of sale systems, Microsoft Word and Excel, and email communication.

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years in retail management, ideally with experience in luxury retail environments and a demonstrated record of achieving sales targets and developing teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Business preferred; equivalent retail management experience will be considered.
