Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Administration Supervisor with daily administrative tasks related to sales and logistics.
- Conduct documentary research for forwarding requests and prepare Certificates of Origin for CCIAA submission.
- Assist in the management of goods import processes and prepare documentation for customs clearance.
- Support processing of invoicing related to raw materials and simple credit notes.
- Research, verify and control Customs Bills and store customs documentation accurately.
- Collect customs documents from freight forwarders and customs agents and issue reminders for export proof.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational aptitude and capacity to liaise with external stakeholders (freight forwarders, customs offices).
- Availability, flexibility and a proactive approach to routine administrative processes.
- Excellent written and spoken Italian and good working knowledge of English.
Skills
Experience
Intern-level role; previous experience in customs documentation, logistics administration or sales administration is advantageous but not mandatory. Internship candidates are expected to be familiar with basic office tools and administrative workflows.
Education
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics or a related field.
