Role & Responsibilities
- Process Italian and foreign supplier invoices promptly and accurately, ensuring correct coding and documentation.
- Review invoices for payment readiness and secure required approvals from internal Business Units.
- Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment queries.
- Support month‑end accounts payable activities and reconciliations as required by the Finance team.
- Maintain clear, audit-ready records and ensure compliance with company AP policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel for data entry, basic analysis and reconciliation tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
- Capacity to work effectively under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
- Basic English proficiency is a plus.

No prior professional experience is required; previous internships or academic coursework in accounting or finance are advantageous and will be considered favourably.
Education
Enrolled in a degree programme in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
