Van Cleef & Arpels is recruiting a Wax Injection Operator for its Lyon workshop. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the role carries out wax-injection operations to the Maison’s quality, timing and repeatability standards, while supporting production tracking, traceability, inventory and knowledge documentation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out all production operations for manufacturing orders and manage them using digital tools.
- Ensure traceability meets Maison standards.
- Assist with consumables inventory management and communicate requirements to the supply department.
- Help document the expertise of the department in collaboration with support teams.
- Follow HSE and 5S standards in the wax workshop areas.

- Confirmed experience as a wax operator.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Enjoys precise, hands-on work.
- Curiosity and collaborative skills to communicate with other trades, openness to new processes, and flexibility in organizing work.
