Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop watchmaking movements from concept through production, incorporating the Maison's creative identity and technical excellence
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses to validate movement performance and reliability
- Elaborate detailed construction plans, specifications, and bill of materials for complex horological mechanisms
- Perform simulations and testing protocols to ensure movement precision and durability standards
- Collaborate with design studio, case development department, and multi-disciplinary constructors to coordinate new movement implementations
- Monitor evolving technologies and materials within horology to inform ongoing design improvements
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives within the design and development workflow
Qualifications
