Role & Responsibilities

• Implement and uphold Van Cleef & Arpels’ global visual merchandising directives across UAE boutiques, ensuring brand consistency and elevated presentation.
• Design and execute window schemes, in-store displays, vitrines and bespoke installations that convey product narrative and seasonal campaigns.
• Develop detailed planograms, layouts and installation drawings; coordinate production of props, signage and display assets with external vendors and in-house workshops.
• Lead local VM rollouts and boutique refreshes, scheduling installations to minimise operational disruption and ensure flawless execution.
• Train and coach boutique teams on merchandising standards, product placement, lighting, and maintenance of displays.
• Manage local VM calendar, stock of fixtures and display materials; monitor condition of presentation equipment and request replacements as necessary.
• Liaise closely with regional VM, retail management and boutiques to align creative concepts with commercial priorities and client events.
• Oversee quality control during installations, ensuring meticulous finishing, security of high-value items and compliance with luxury presentation protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be a UAE national (UAE National) and eligible to work in the UAE.
• Proven experience in visual merchandising within luxury retail, ideally with high jewellery, watches or premium accessories.
• Strong aesthetic sense with demonstrable portfolio of window and in-store displays.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to train retail teams and liaise with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines and work flexible hours for installations and events.

Skills

Experience

Typically 3–5 years of progressive visual merchandising experience in luxury retail, with hands‑on delivery of boutique windows, bespoke installations and rollouts. Prior exposure to high‑value jewellery or watch presentation is strongly preferred.

Education

Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Product/Spatial Design or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail.
