Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure visual merchandising standards compliance across SEA boutiques, including monthly campaign changes, video content updates, and product priority displays
• Operate the YOOBIC online validation system to review and monitor monthly boutique showcase displays
• Manage prop and window animation kit orders, ensuring timely delivery and proper placement
• Conduct regular in-store inspections of display counters, back-of-house props, and verify condition, quantity, and proper arrangement
• Support the setup and installation of window animation kits as required for seasonal and campaign displays
• Coordinate with florists on floral arrangements for boutique displays
• Liaise with regional partners and vendors on ongoing projects and special animations requiring headquarters validation
• Create and maintain visual merchandising reports to track boutique showcases and maintain brand standards
• Conduct regular training sessions on visual merchandising guidelines and communicate updates to boutique staff
• Coordinate team calendars and meeting planning activities
• Assist in special events and pop-up store preparations in support of other functions
• Execute administrative tasks including vendor setup and extension, purchase order processing, invoice management, and props delivery coordination

Qualifications

• First-hand experience in retail visual merchandising and brand guideline implementation
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to build strong cross-departmental collaborations and stakeholder relationships
• Autonomous, proactive work style with strong solution-oriented approach
• Proficiency with digital systems and validation platforms
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

First experience in retail industry with demonstrated knowledge of visual merchandising principles and brand guidelines implementation

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; additional training or certification in visual merchandising or retail operations preferred
