Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Unitary Parts Supply Planner in Paris to manage the physical and SAP flows of unitary parts, coordinating with Development, Finance, Master Data, Logistics and Stone Procurement. The role covers item and purchase-order creation, production close-out, stone certificates and continuous improvement. This is a 4–6-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and enter item references for unitary parts in the system.
- Request the entry of purchase orders and send them to manufacturers.
- Track quotation changes, identify corrective actions and see them through.
- Update delivery lead times in purchase orders.
- Check invoicing and consumption of stock stones.
- Ensure the accuracy of information entered in end-of-production reports.
- Create and update sub-assemblies for unitary parts.
- Track stone certificates.
- Improve existing flows and implement new ones.
- Analyze and resolve anomalies.
- Analyze KPIs monthly.
- Inform team members about process changes.

- A successful first experience in supply planning.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and assertiveness.
