Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and digitalizing training modules focused on product expertise, sales discourse, and service excellence for global sales teams and ambassadors
- Coordinate with regional training departments, marketing specialists, heritage experts, and client experience teams across multiple territories
- Support the logistics and coordination of both classroom and remote training sessions
- Track and manage project timelines throughout the duration of assigned initiatives
