Van Cleef & Arpels in Hong Kong SAR seeks a Tea Attendant to deliver refined tea service and pantry stewardship for boutique clients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and present a refined tea service for clients and guests, ensuring adherence to established maison standards and ceremonial etiquette.
- Maintain and polish service ware, china and silver, and present all items immaculately for boutique and private-client events.
- Manage pantry stock levels for tea, accompaniments and related consumables; record usage and notify purchasing of replenishment needs.
- Uphold rigorous hygiene, food-safety and storage procedures in accordance with local regulations and maison policy.
- Deliver discreet, guest‑focused service — anticipating client needs, accommodating special requests and ensuring an elevated hospitality experience.
- Set up, breakdown and maintain presentation areas for in-store hospitality, client appointments and private events.
- Coordinate with boutique sales and clienteling teams to support VIP visits, trunk shows and private viewings.
- Keep accurate logs of service activities and participate in regular briefings to align with boutique operations and standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, fine-dining beverage service, private household service or boutique hospitality preferred.
- Impeccable personal presentation, strong sense of discretion and a client-first attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and during private events; capacity to stand for extended periods.
- Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills for inventory monitoring and simple stock reconciliation.

Experience
Preferably 1–2 years in luxury hospitality, fine-dining beverage service, private domestic service or a boutique hospitality environment; candidates with strong attention to detail and client service aptitude will be considered.
Education
