Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Supply Chain Upstream Assistant Intern in Geneva for a 6-month full-time role in luxury jewelry supply chain operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the construction and improvement of supply chain processes for shared jewelry components, including precious stones, ornamental stones, and metal findings
- Formalize existing upstream supply chain planning processes and tools while understanding the upstream supply chain model
- Map and document different workflows and processes to create comprehensive system presentations for educational and communication purposes
- Support the Supply Chain Planner in developing key performance indicators and procedures for activity management
- Participate in rationalizing planning nomenclatures and sourcing strategy databases in preparation for Anaplan integration
- Assist the Upstream Planner with demand planning, inventory sizing recommendations, and quantity engagement decisions
- Prepare decision-support materials for validation instances
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university program with a supply chain focus, engineering degree, or equivalent qualification
- Strong analytical capabilities and data interpretation skills
- Proficiency with Excel
- Familiarity with data analysis solutions such as Power BI (preferred)
- Excellent written communication and synthesis skills
- Team player with collaborative approach

Currently pursuing or recently completed academic studies in supply chain management, engineering, or a related discipline with demonstrated interest in supply chain operations.
