Role & Responsibilities
- Support upstream supply chain operations including supplier follow-up, order tracking and delivery monitoring.
- Assist with purchase order creation, amendments and close-out in the ERP; ensure data accuracy and on-time updates.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with ateliers, quality control, sourcing and logistics to resolve supply issues and expedite deliveries.
- Monitor supplier lead times and inventory buffers; prepare regular status reports and KPI dashboards for the team.
- Contribute to process-improvement initiatives to streamline supplier communication, order flows and documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in supply chain, logistics, operations management, industrial engineering, or business administration.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proactive, collaborative and able to work with international stakeholders.
- Comfort with data work: competent in Excel and able to produce clear, concise reports.
