Van Cleef & Arpels (Richemont) in Cannes seeks a Summer Intern to support boutique operations, client relations and local marketing activities.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day boutique operations, including client reception, appointment preparation and after‑sales follow up under supervision.
- Assist with visual merchandising and upkeep of in‑store presentation to uphold maison standards.
- Contribute to client relations tasks: CRM updates, preparation of client portfolios and coordination of appointments.
- Support marketing and communications activities for the local store (content preparation, event logistics, social media assistance).
- Participate in a defined summer project aligned with commercial or marketing objectives and present findings to stakeholders.
- Perform administrative duties such as inventory reconciliation, stock management assistance and sales reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business, marketing, luxury management, hospitality or a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, client‑centric manner suited to luxury service.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain maison standards in visual presentation and administration.
- Flexible availability for summer hours, including weekends and evenings as required by boutique trading patterns.
- Right to work in France for the duration of the internship.

Experience
No extensive professional experience is required; previous customer‑facing work in retail, hospitality or luxury environments is advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate genuine interest in haute joaillerie and familiarity with luxury client expectations.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management, Hospitality or related field.
