Role & Responsibilities
- Support boutique operations including stock handling, visual merchandising and point-of-sale procedures under the supervision of the boutique manager.
- Assist with client service activities: appointment preparation, follow-up communications and maintaining client records in accordance with brand standards.
- Prepare concise presentations, sales reports and product dossiers for internal review and team briefings.
- Contribute to market research and competitive analysis to inform merchandising and promotional initiatives.
- Support events, trunk shows and in-store activations by coordinating logistics and guest lists.
- Collaborate with marketing or visual teams on basic content tasks, production follow-ups and asset organization.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Luxury Management, Marketing, Communications, Design or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a professional disposition appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced boutique setting, manage confidential client information and adhere to brand presentation standards.
- Proven ability to produce clear written materials and polished presentations.
Skills
Experience
No extensive professional background required; prior retail, hospitality or internship experience in luxury goods, jewellery or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a tertiary programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Luxury Management, Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field.
