Role & Responsibilities
- Support boutique operations through attentive client service and clienteling under the supervision of the boutique team.
- Assist with visual merchandising and daily product presentation to maintain the maison's aesthetic standards.
- Execute administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, sales follow-ups and maintenance of client records.
- Contribute to inventory control and stock management, including deliveries, tagging and reconciliations.
- Participate in the planning and execution of in-store events and private client appointments.
- Learn product knowledge across high jewellery and watches and communicate features and provenance to clients.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in business, marketing, luxury management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable interest in fine jewellery, craftsmanship and luxury retail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, service-oriented demeanour.
- Strong organisational aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- Availability for the full summer internship period and flexibility to work boutique hours, including weekends.

Experience
Previous retail or internship experience in luxury goods or customer-facing environments is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning and a polished client-facing manner are essential.
Education
Enrolled in a tertiary-level programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business, marketing, luxury brand management or a related field.
