Van Cleef & Arpels Store Design & Planning Assistant position in Singapore. Support boutique design and refurbishment projects across Southeast Asia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support coordination and follow-up of assigned boutique design, refurbishment, and maintenance projects according to approved timelines and budgets
- Manage boutique maintenance activities, including routine and extraordinary maintenance coordination
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, layouts, quotations, reports, and project trackers
- Support drawing and layout review to ensure alignment with Maison standards and approved project requirements
- Track project budgets and maintain expenditure and quotation records within approved limits
- Prepare maintenance status reports for internal follow-up and management review
- Operate relevant Maison systems including SAP, YOOBIC, MSC Security, and LGSM platforms according to project requirements
- Support SAP-related administrative activities, including purchase orders, quotations, and invoices
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners including Regional Store Planning, Retail, Visual Merchandising, consultants, vendors, and contractors
- Assist with project reporting, meeting preparation, minutes, and follow-up action coordination
- Execute ad-hoc duties related to Store Planning and project coordination as assigned
Qualifications
- Background in architecture or interior design
- Initial experience in retail store planning, project coordination, or related field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build strong cross-departmental collaboration
- Autonomous and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency with SAP, YOOBIC, MSC Security, and LGSM systems
- Fluency in written and verbal communication
Skills
Experience
Initial experience in retail store planning, project coordination, or a related field within architecture, interior design, or real estate management.
Education
Tertiary qualification in architecture, interior design, design, or related discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
