Role & Responsibilities
- Set precious stones on haute joaillerie repetitive pieces while respecting all preparation stages and ensuring quality of finished work
- Mentor and train junior team members in stone-setting techniques and knowledge transfer
- Serve as primary technical liaison with external partners, supporting product qualification and troubleshooting
- Proactively identify and resolve manufacturing challenges through collaboration with workshop colleagues
- Contribute to workshop continuous improvement initiatives by escalating fabrication issues and participating in resolution processes
